Cosy 14-person groupaccommodation in Aardenburg, close to Sluis
In Aardenburg, in the municipality of Sluis, you can rent this attractive 14-person group accommodation. It is a totally renovated accommodation which, because of a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, is also suitable for the disabled. For the children there is a playground with a swing, climbing frame, sandpit and slide. You share the front door with the adjacent dog groomer.
Aardenburg is a cozy and historic town, it is surrounded by a vast landscape of dikes, polders and creeks which is formed by centuries of flooding, land reclamation and dike breaches and an increasing agricultural activity. Because these features are visible everywhere it has been declared a National Landscape. In short, a fantastic environment for long bike rides and beautiful walks. It is also an excellent base for a day trip to Belgium to visit, for example, Bruges, Gent, Antwerp or the fashionable Knokke.
Layout
Completely renovated group accommodation. On the ground floor: spacious living room with TV with DVD-player, games and books, CH, wood-burning stove, highchair and free internet. Spacious, open kitchen with amongst others dishwasher, filter coffee-maker, electric kettle, baking oven, mixer, fridge/freezer combination, stove (4 rings) and cooker, washing machine. In the hall you will find a separate toilet.
On the ground floor you will find 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate shower area with washing machine.
On the second floor you have two bedrooms which are equipped with two single beds, 1 bedroom with single bed, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 3 bathrooms with shower and washbasin.
Outside you will find apartially fenced-off, spacious gardenwith furnished terrace, accessible through the folding doors in the living room. Garden with amongst others: BBQ, climbing frame, trampoline, sandbox, sunshade, private parking place. The bedrooms on the first floor offer access to the cosy balcony.

Zeeuws-Vlaanderen is a unique part of Zeeland which guarantees endless beautiful walks and long bike rides. The dikes and polder roads lead you along polders, creeks, tall trees, old pollard willows and ancient towns with a rich history. There is a cycling junction system so you decide how long you want to make your route and you will be guided along the most attractive points in the landscape. Sluis is a pleasant town with a wide range of unique boutiques in the center and a number of stores from well-known chains. Wij waren als familie heel tevreden met de accommodatie en de ruimte eromheen. En waren verrast door de hoeveelheid spelletjes, dvd's en boeken.

Het huis is nogal gedateerd. Veel kleine beschadigingen (soms met scherpe randen), Radiatoren verwarming met name is de keuken echt smerig. Eerste avond/nacht was het koud. De volgende dag na onze klacht is door de eigenaar de thermostaat hoger gezet. Hij gaf de overheid de schuld, want iedereen moet gas besparen!! Geen aanrader!
