Luxery 2-4 person apartment with airco, WiFi and Netflix in Sittard - South Limburg
This luxurious two-to-four-bed flat with air conditioning, wifi and Netflix is located by the beautiful city park and just a few minutes' walk from the historic centre of Sittard with its numerous shops, cosy cafés and restaurants. Partly because of its central location, it is excellent as a base for exploring the beautiful South Limburg hills or one of the beautiful sights Limburg has to offer. A day trip to Valkenburg with its caves or a day trip to historic Maastricht with its many terraces and beautiful shopping streets should certainly not be missed.
Layout
On the first floor are the living room with large TV, Double sofa bed, safe and air conditioning, separate toilet and a kitchen with a Nespresso machine, fridge, kettle, combi microwave, hob, pans and crockery. On the second floor there is a bathroom with sink, hairdryer, shower and a bedroom with a king-size box-spring bed and air conditioning!
The entire complex has been completely restored with atmospheric authentic details and subdivided into four luxury apartments. A large entrance hall, general living space on the first floor, shared patio with sofa and umbrella, bicycle shed and the possibility to park three cars on private property.

Historic Sittard is located in the Western Mining Region, an interesting region centered on the Maurits State Mine in the first half of the twentieth century. Voor mij was dit een perfect huisje. Alles was bij aankomst keurig geregeld en het was keurig schoon. Volgende keer mooi weer en dat is het helemaal perfect. Limburg is een mooie provincie om in te verblijven.
