Beautiful four persons holiday house with free internet access (wifi).
This holiday home is located in one of the most beautiful wooded and water-rich areas in Friesland. You will stay in the municipality of Skarsterlân, between the Tjeukemeer and the Langweerder Wielen. Here you will find an abundance of water and forest. The centuries-old Landgoed Eysinga-State is situated in this beautiful recreation area. The estate is beautifully situated on the sandy soils between Sint-Nicolaasga and Langweer. On the estate you will find the "Blaauwpleats" in the former farm, an attractive restaurant. At the reception desk you can find all information about the many recreational opportunities in the vicinity. The estate itself is located in the middle of the woods, but also on open waters. You can even moor your own boat at some of the houses in the park.
Layout
These four-person holiday homes are quietly located on the edge of the park. The houses have a spacious, sunny garden. The holiday home comprises an entrance/hallway with washing machine and dryer, a sunny living room with flat-screen TV, radio, CD/DVD player and fireplace. A sliding door opens onto the terrace and garden. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a combination microwave, fridge, filter coffee maker and dishwasher.
The bathroom comprises a toilet, washbasin and walk-in shower and/or bathtub. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms in total: one double bedroom and two single bedrooms. You have private parking for one car at the house and a shed for bicycles.
The holiday homes are privately owned and therefore differ in their furnishings and facilities. However, the level of comfort is the same in each holiday home. Pets are allowed on request.

Sint Nicolaasga, Friesland
From Sint-Nicolaasga, your choices include the Fries Museum in Leeuwarden, where you can see all the history of beautiful Friesland. Or you can visit the very first skating museum in Hindeloopen. Here you will also find the Elfstedenzaal, where historical material from the Elfstedentocht is on display. Leeuwarden is perfect for a day of shopping or an evening out (dining). Sneek and Joure are also recommended when it comes to atmospheric and historic cities. For an afternoon of swimming (or other water sports) you are also at the right place: the Sneekermeer and the Goëngarijpsterpoelen are very beautiful and perfect for a wonderful day out in the open air.

Het huisje was wel leuk maar de slaapkamers waren echt heel klein op ene slaapkamer na dan. Als je zoals wij waren met vier volwassenen moet je eerst een hele slaapkamer verbouwen om samen op een slaapkamer te kunnen slapen. De bedden waren geschikt voor kinderen maar niet echt voor volwassenen. Voor ons niet echt voor herhaling vatbaar.

Wat jammer te horen! wellicht is voor een volgende keer een van onze andere accommodaties een optie voor jullie, bijvoorbeeld het type landhuis, boerderij of eyland.

Fantastische omgeving, veel gefietst. Huis was oké, maar de paar horren, die er waren zaten vol gaten, dus veel muggenoverlast. Bovendien hing er een penetrante rioolgeur, in de keuken, die niet verdween. De beloofde dvd-speler was niet aanwezig, wat ook een tegenvaller was. Achter het huis (buiten) was het heel aangenaam vertoeven.
