Four persons holiday home in Sint-Maartensvlotbrug

This house for four is beautifully located near the sea with sandy beach, forest and dunes. In addition, the house is quiet, sheltered and is about two kilometers from the wide sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee. The house is on a small-scale park called Duinzicht with as many as eight homes. In the vicinity of the vacation home is Callantsoog where there are several restaurants, beach pavilions and a supermarket. For children there are many possibilities in the area such as play park the Goldfish and many more play parks and zoos. This area is perfect for walking and cycling through the dunes. Don't feel like walking or biking? Make use of the Beach bus. This is available during the summer months between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. for only €1. At the beach there are also plenty of parking spaces for the disabled, as well as a new path for people who depend on a wheelchair. A special wheelchair with wide tires is available at beach pavilion Zuid. 

Layout

The house has a spacious living room with a lovely sitting area which is equipped with a telly with Dutch channels (no German channels), internet, air conditioning and central heating???? The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, Nespresso, kettle, 4-burner stove, microwave and fridge freezer. The vacation home is child-friendly. There is a camp bed, changing table, baby bath, high chair and toys you can use.


There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed with a double comforter. The other bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and sink. There is a separate toilet. In the shower and toilet are handles attached.


From the living room you can go through the sliding doors to the garden with terrace. The garden is enclosed by a fence and a fence. There are two terraces, one of which is covered. There is one parking space at the house, there is also a small parking lot.

Location and surroundings

Sint Maartensvlotbrug, North-Holland

Amidst lots of greenery, every day in Sint-Maartensvlotbrug you can enjoy nature, vegetation, birds, and hopefully good weather. The dunes are within biking distance to then cycle through the beautiful dunes and end on the beach. Swim, sun, surf and enjoy the beautiful beach and have a nice snack or drink in one of the beach pavilions. In these green surroundings, between Alkmaar and Den Helder, besides cozy villages, lots of fishing water, beautiful cycling and walking routes, there are also many trips to make. For example, go to the cheese market in Alkmaar, visit the cozy port of Hoorn, see the beautiful Zaan region or go to the Zuiderzee Museum in Enkhuizen.

Das Haus wurde kurzfristig in der Hochsaison für einen Kurzurlaub gebucht. Der allg. Eindruck ist deckungsgleich zu den Angaben/Fotos im Portal - gut, what you see is what you get. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine, für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist das nachteilig. Geschirr/Besteck ausreichend, wenngleich Letzteres eher in Kindergröße. All in all OK.

uns ist nur die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit aufgefallen, tlw. war der Boden feucht, nicht nur im Bad

ansonsten haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen :)
