This beautiful four-person flat is located on the island's largest marina. The flat is located on the first floor in a small apartment complex and is accessible by lift. There is also a small beach in front of the complex. Nearby, there are several possibilities for a hiking or cycling trip. In the surroundings, there are plenty of old dykes, windmills, farmhouses and authentic villages. The centre of Sint-Annaland is within walking distance with cosy restaurants and terraces.
Layout
This lovely four-bed flat is located on the first floor. Take the lift and you step out into the flat's kitchen. Next to the kitchen is the cosy living room with a seating area and smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and hob, among other things. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed of 180x200 cm. And the second bedroom has a double bed of 160x200 cm. The apartment also has a single infrared sauna. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and rain shower and sink. There is a separate toilet in the apartment.
The flat has a narrow balcony at the back. And at the front you have a terrace with lounge sofa and table overlooking the harbour.
On the ground floor there is a storage room for your (electric) bicycle and a charging point for electric bicycles. There is parking space for one car at the apartment complex. It is also possible to park a second car within walking distance.

Location and surroundings
Sint-Annaland is a lively town with several restaurants, cafes and stores, where you can visit the weekly market in addition to a supermarket. You will find in the town hall the regional museum De Meestoof, where you can see how people used to live in the Tholian countryside. The oldest mill is the Korenmolen De Vier Winden, a few years ago it was completely restored and well worth a visit. The island of Tholen guarantees peace, space and nature. The many bicycle and walking routes along the winding polder roads take you along dikes, fields and vistas over the Oosterschelde. Other tips include Oosterschelde National Park, Watersnoodmuseum Ouwerkerk and Deltapark Neeltje Jans.
