You will stay in a stylish flat for four on the marina of Sint Annaland, with stunning views of the Oosterschelde estuary. This charming village, tucked away in the municipality of Tholen, offers a surprising amount for those looking for peace, nature and a touch of history. Discover the Oosterschelde National Landscape on foot or by bike, past mud flats, salt marshes and tidal flats. With a bit of luck, you might even spot seals! History-lovers can visit the 18th-century windmill and the regional museum De Meestoof. Water sports such as sailing and kite surfing are also possible. Middelburg and Zierikzee are a short drive away for a cultural trip.
Layout
This ground-floor flat features a living room with a sofa, two armchairs, a TV and a dining table for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge. You also have a Nespresso machine and a kettle at your disposal. Through the living room and kitchen you have direct access to the garden through the sliding doors. There are two bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed (180x200). One of the two bedrooms even has a television. There is ample storage space. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain shower, a sink and toilet. The apartment also has a separate toilet, washing machine and dryer. In the downstairs storage room you can store bicycles and charge electric bikes. For small children, there is a folding cot (60x120) and a high chair. At the front of the apartment you will find a balcony overlooking the harbour and the village. There is a cosy seating area here. At the rear, you will find a backyard overlooking the beach and the Oosterschelde estuary.

Location and surroundings
Sint-Annaland is a lively town with several restaurants, cafes and stores, where you can visit the weekly market in addition to a supermarket. You will find in the town hall the regional museum De Meestoof, where you can see how people used to live in the Tholian countryside. The oldest mill is the Korenmolen De Vier Winden, a few years ago it was completely restored and well worth a visit. The island of Tholen guarantees peace, space and nature. The many bicycle and walking routes along the winding polder roads take you along dikes, fields and vistas over the Oosterschelde. Other tips include Oosterschelde National Park, Watersnoodmuseum Ouwerkerk and Deltapark Neeltje Jans.
