This spacious double flat is located on the island's largest marina. The flat is on the third floor of a small apartment complex and is accessible by lift. From the balcony, you have fantastic views over the Krabbenkreek, where you can see the tide of the Oosterschelde passing by on one side, and the marina on the other. There is also a small beach in front of the complex. In the surrounding area, there are various possibilities for a walking or cycling trip. In the surroundings, there are plenty of old dykes, windmills, farmhouses and authentic villages. The centre of Sint-Annaland is at walking distance with its cosy restaurants and terraces.
Layout
The flat has several large windows making the flat very bright. When you enter the flat, you walk from the hall to the living area with sitting area and kitchen. The living area is furnished with a sofa and smart TV. The dining area is furnished with a dining table and four chairs and adjacent is the open-plan kitchen. Among other things, the kitchen is equipped with a hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine and a kettle. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. There is one bedroom with a 180x200 cm double bed with a French balcony overlooking the Oosterschelde estuary and the Krabbegat. Next to the bedroom is a storage room with wardrobe.
Through the sliding doors, you walk onto the spacious 25m2 terrace, which is furnished with two sunbeds and garden furniture. On the other side there is a smaller balcony with an 8m2 terrace overlooking the harbour and two chairs.
You have access to a parking space near the accommodation. Downstairs is a separate storage room where you can store your (electric) bikes and recharge them if necessary. Here you will also find a washing/drying machine.

Location and surroundings
Sint-Annaland is a lively town with several restaurants, cafes and stores, where you can visit the weekly market in addition to a supermarket. You will find in the town hall the regional museum De Meestoof, where you can see how people used to live in the Tholian countryside. The oldest mill is the Korenmolen De Vier Winden, a few years ago it was completely restored and well worth a visit. The island of Tholen guarantees peace, space and nature. The many bicycle and walking routes along the winding polder roads take you along dikes, fields and vistas over the Oosterschelde. Other tips include Oosterschelde National Park, Watersnoodmuseum Ouwerkerk and Deltapark Neeltje Jans.
