This comfortable 4-person apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment complex in Sint-Annaland. From the balcony, you have a fantastic view of the beautiful Oosterschelde National Park nature reserve. There is also a small beach in front of the complex. In the surroundings, there are various possibilities for a walking or cycling trip. In the surroundings, there are plenty of old dikes, windmills, farmhouses and authentic villages. The centre of Sint-Annaland is at walking distance with its cosy restaurants and terraces.
Layout
The flat's living room is located on the beach side and is furnished with a double sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and a TV. There is also a dining table with sofa and three chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, combi microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee cup machine and dishwasher, among other things. There are two bedrooms in the apartment. The first bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed with two single mattresses, bedside tables, wardrobe and television. The second bedroom is also furnished with a box-spring bed with two single mattresses, bedside tables and a wardrobe. From both bedrooms you walk straight onto the balcony. There is one bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, washbasin, storage space, hairdryer and mirror. The toilet is separate.
The apartment comes with two balconies with a total area of 34 square metres. The first balcony on the south side is equipped with garden furniture with four chairs and table and overlooks the harbour. The balcony on the north side is equipped with a coffee table with two chairs and has a nice view of the Oosterschelde.
A childrens' cot (60x120cm) and highchair are available. In the separate downstairs storage room, you can store bicycles and charge electric bikes. There is also a washer/dryer, so you can do your laundry while on holiday too. There is parking for one car at the apartment complex.

Location and surroundings
Sint-Annaland is a lively town with several restaurants, cafes and stores, where you can visit the weekly market in addition to a supermarket. You will find in the town hall the regional museum De Meestoof, where you can see how people used to live in the Tholian countryside. The oldest mill is the Korenmolen De Vier Winden, a few years ago it was completely restored and well worth a visit. The island of Tholen guarantees peace, space and nature. The many bicycle and walking routes along the winding polder roads take you along dikes, fields and vistas over the Oosterschelde. Other tips include Oosterschelde National Park, Watersnoodmuseum Ouwerkerk and Deltapark Neeltje Jans.
