Modern 4 person flat with view over the marina in Sint-Annaland
This luxury 4-person flat is located on the largest marina on the island. The flat is on the first floor of a small apartment complex and can be reached by elevator. From the balcony you have a fantastic view over the Krabbenkreek on one side, where you can see the tide of the Oosterschelde pass by, and the marina on the other side. There is also a small beach in front of the complex. In the surroundings, there are various possibilities for walking or cycling. In the surroundings, there are numerous old dikes, mills, farmhouses and authentic villages. The centre of Sint-Annaland is within walking distance with cosy restaurants and terraces.
Layout
This modern, ground-floor flat has a cosy living room with a seating area and flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, Nespresso and a filter coffee machine. There are two bedrooms with a double bed (1.80x2.00m) and a wardrobe. In one bedroom there is a television and a foldable baby bed. Through the sliding doors you will reach the large balcony of 27m2 with a view over the water on two sides. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and a washbasin. There is a separate toilet.
On the ground floor there is a storage room for your (electric) bicycle and there is also a charging point for bicycles. There is parking space for one car by the apartment complex.

Sint-Annaland is a lively town with several restaurants, cafes and stores, where you can visit the weekly market in addition to a supermarket. You will find in the town hall the regional museum De Meestoof, where you can see how people used to live in the Tholian countryside. The oldest mill is the Korenmolen De Vier Winden, a few years ago it was completely restored and well worth a visit. The island of Tholen guarantees peace, space and nature. The many bicycle and walking routes along the winding polder roads take you along dikes, fields and vistas over the Oosterschelde. Other tips include Oosterschelde National Park, Watersnoodmuseum Ouwerkerk and Deltapark Neeltje Jans.
