Beautiful 9 person holiday home in the Ardennes
Family weekend? Characteristic nine-person holiday home with sauna, close to the town of Marche-en-Famenne with shops, terraces and restaurants. The holiday home is on the edge of a Domain of over 20,000m² with a pond and private forests. This building was occupied for a long time by the Hunting Overseer of the Castle of Serinchamps. Serinchamps is a great base for an outing with your family, relatives or friends. Think for example of the caves of Han or the park of Han-sur-Lesse. You will find nice shops and cozy restaurants in Belvaux. The book village of Redu and the Eurospace center are also worth a visit. The wooded area around Wata is ideal for a walking, riding or cycling trip. In the area you can enjoy motorcycling and good kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.
Layout
Ground floor:
Modern fitted kitchen including a dishwasher, four-burner stove, fridge, freezer, filter coffee maker and oven, a living room with sitting area and TV with DVD and wood-burning stove. Furthermore, two adjacent terraces and a separate toilet. In the kitchen a spiral staircase gives access to the bathroom with bathtub. The tower building is unique with its advantages and disadvantages. A circular spiral staircase gives access to the three floors.
The first floor is the master bedroom with a double bed and sink in the room, the second floor has a bedroom with two bunk beds, one single bed with sink in the room. The third floor has been modernized as a mezzanine with a reading corner, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The double bed is on the mezzanine that is built in at the very top under the roof construction. This bedroom is unique, but not suitable for small children or older guests.

- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- This property will not be rented to groups or companies of people under the age of 30. The installation of loudspeakers and the playing of amplified music is not allowed in this house, nor the organisation of student parties/bachelor parties.
- Energy costs will be calculated after departure based on actual consumption.

The town of Serinchamps is located in beautiful surroundings and hiking, cycling and mountain biking enthusiasts can enjoy the many beautiful trails. The real adventurers will not be bored here either: you can abseil, climb, kayak, survive and quad bike. Are you more into culture? Then go to the castle in La Roche, the book village of Rendu, visit Durbuy, the smallest town in Europe, and stroll through the beautiful medieval streets or discover the impressive caves of Hotton. For a day of shopping, head to Belvaux, where there are numerous cozy stores, but Liège is also a good option with its beautiful architecture and delectable Liège waffles.

Zeer mooie locatie en uniek verblijf. Alles is aanwezig om een leuke tijd te beleven! Netheid bij aankomst kon beter: vuile vaat in vaatwasser, her en der dode bijen die vermoedelijk uit de schouw kwamen. Qua verluchting zou het huis ook nog verbeterd kunnen worden, zeker in de WC en de traphal. De sleutel moest op 20min rijden opgehaald worden.
