Cosy 5-person holiday home on holiday park Résidence Valkenburg

At Résidence Valkenburg you will find this cosy holiday home suitable for five persons. You will not be bored for a single moment at this holiday park. Among other things, there is an outdoor swimming pool where you can cool down after an eventful day. The beautiful surroundings of South Limburg guarantee a real holiday feeling and Burgundy enjoyment. Take nice day trips to nearby Valkenburg, Maastricht or the border triangle in Vaals. The Geul Valley nature reserve is also just a stone's throw away, where you can make excellent cycling or walking trips and enjoy all the beauty that this beautiful part of the Netherlands has to offer.

Layout

This holiday home can accommodate five people. The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area and a dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, combination microwave, four-burner gas stove, fridge-freezer and a coffee cup machine. This holiday home has two bedrooms, one of which is furnished with two single beds and the other with a bunk bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The garden is equipped with garden furniture and there is parking space for one car.

  • If you have booked a cottage with hot tub, the hot tub takes about 1.5 hours to heat up. The hot tubs are electric.
  • A deposit is required on site, the amount of which depends on the property type and ranges from EUR 150 to EUR 350. This amount can be paid in cash or by pin.
  • The interior / exterior of these holiday homes may differ. 
  • Only dogs are allowed in the pet-friendly holiday homes.
  • Résidence Valkenburg is a holiday park under development, which is why construction work is taking place. The park is doing its best to limit the inconvenience as much as possible.

In the Geul valley, you will find many castles, farms, historical monuments, churches and mills which you can visit during your holiday. Take endless walks or cycle to the cities of Maastricht, Aachen or Liège. Taste the atmosphere of Limburg during your holiday, while enjoying a cup of coffee and a delicious flan. Of course, you can also go to a café in the village for a cup of coffee. Finally, the beautiful neighbouring town of Valkenburg is also well worth a visit, especially around Christmas, where there is a magical atmosphere.

De aanduiding L255 in jullie documentatie leert verwarring op. Er is nl een huisje 255 op dit park (zie plattegrond). We kregen huisje 56 toegewezen. Geen probleem verder.
Heerlijke Huisje's response:
De L255 is een huiscode wat wij op de website gebruiken om een woning type makkelijk te kunnen zoeken en vinden. Het is niet het huisnummer wat u krijgt op het vakantiepark. Het is namelijk een type waar meerdere woningen van zijn binnen de L255.

Wij hebben het zeer naar onze zin gehad in Schin op Geul. Aan de receptie heb ik doorgegeven dat een bedlampje op de drie persoons slaapkamer zeer gewenst zou zijn. De gordijnen waren zeer verduisterend top!
