At Résidence Valkenburg you will stay in a modern holiday home with bubble bath and sauna, suitable for a maximum of four people. You will not be bored for a single moment at this holiday park. There is an outdoor swimming pool where you can cool down after an eventful day. The beautiful surroundings of South Limburg guarantee a real holiday feeling and Burgundy enjoyment. Take nice day trips to nearby Valkenburg, Maastricht or the border triangle in Vaals. The Geul Valley nature reserve is also just a stone's throw away, where you can make excellent cycling or walking trips and enjoy all the beauty that this beautiful part of the Netherlands has to offer.
Layout
This holiday home with wellness is suitable for four people. The cosy living room is spacious and features a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a television and a beautiful window overlooking the garden terrace. Towards the kitchen you will find the dining area equipped with four easy chairs. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, combination microwave oven, four-burner gas hob, fridge-freezer and a coffee cup machine. This holiday home has two bedrooms, both equipped with two single beds. There are two bathrooms equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. Outside, the garden has a sauna and a lovely hot tub. There is also a terrace with garden furniture and parking for one car.

- If you have booked a cottage with hot tub, the hot tub takes about 1.5 hours to heat up. The hot tubs are electric.
- A deposit is required on site, the amount of which depends on the property type and ranges from EUR 150 to EUR 350. This amount can be paid in cash or by pin.
- The interior / exterior of these holiday homes may differ.
- Unfortunately, it is not allowed to book this holiday home with a cat.
- Résidence Valkenburg is a holiday park under development, which is why construction work is taking place. The park is doing its best to limit the inconvenience as much as possible.

Of course, you can also go to a café in the village for a cup of coffee. Finally, the beautiful neighbouring town of Valkenburg is also well worth a visit, especially around Christmas, where there is a magical atmosphere.
