There is a small bar with cupboard space and two seating areas. Through the living room you reach the spacious terrace (28m2) with panoramic views over the Oosterschelde. On the terrace you can enjoy this special view both on the lounge set and at the dining table. In the ground floor apartment there are two bedrooms with also an unobstructed view. The first bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm) and television. In the second bedroom there are two single beds (90x200cm). The spacious bathroom has a shower, washbasin with upper and lower cabinets, storage cabinet with mirror and hair dryer. There is also a separate toilet. In the storage room you will find a washing machine and dryer. There is also a folding baby bed (60x120cm) and a high chair. One reserved parking space belongs to the apartment, but you can also park in the general parking lot. In this parking lot it is also possible to park a boat with trailer and there is one pole for charging electric cars. In the closed storage room downstairs you can put (electric) bicycles and charge them.
