Cosy 4-person holiday home in Ruinen
The Chalet is suitable for four persons and is located on a holiday park surrounded by nature. The holiday park offers various facilities including animation in high season, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, an indoor swimming pool, a petting zoo, bicycle rental, a launderette, snack bar and park shop. From this holiday park, the Dwingelderveld National Park can be reached by bike within 15 minutes. The surroundings are therefore perfect for exploring by bike or on foot. During your stay, feel free to visit Ruinen, the Hunebedden in Havelte and Diever or the city of Meppel.
Layout
This four-bed ground-level chalet features a cosy living room with a TV, a dining table and a modern kitchen. This kitchen has a kettle, induction hob, fridge-freezer and a filter coffee machine. There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Outside you will find a garden set on the terrace. The chalet has parking space for one car and you can use Wi-Fi free of charge.

- Holiday park Ruinen is a developing holiday park, therefore construction activities take place in certain places in the park. The park is doing its best to limit the inconvenience as much as possible.
- The interior/exterior of these holiday homes may differ.
- The park reserves the right to request a deposit on site from all guests renting holiday homes. The deposit is a maximum of EUR 100 per person.
- This park charges tourist tax from the age of 12. Please indicate the age of the children in the comments field so that your bill can be adjusted accordingly.
- In a chalet for 4 or 6 people, it is not possible to put a camp bed in the bedroom.

The village of Ruinen in Drenthe is located next to the beautiful Dwingelderveld National Park: a national park full of interesting flora and fauna and the ideal environment for cycling and walking tours. The sheep flock is definitely worth a visit. Every morning, the huge flock of sheep departs from the pen onto the Dwingelose moor and returns at the end of the day, a special spectacle to behold. Want to delve into the fascinating history of this region? Then visit the Memorial Centre Camp Westerbork, Museum Village Orvelte or see one of the many dolmens in the area. Want a great day out with the kids? Visit the Slagharen amusement park or go swimming in the Blauwe Meer in summer.

De afwerking van het huisje is niet goed. We hebben de eerst volgende dag na aankomst bij de receptie een lijst afgegeven van 12 punten die niet goed waren. De allerbelangrijkste zijn: loszittende stekkerdozen, afvoer douche die verstopt was, douchedeur die niet goed werkte, 2 dagen later terug naar receptie gegaan er was niets meegedaan.

Wij hebben dit besproken met het vakantiepark en zij geven aan dat er helaas pas na de tweede melding de punten zijn opgepakt. Hiervoor bieden zij hun excuses aan. Daarnaast heeft u een voucher gekregen van het vakantiepark voor een volgend verblijf.

Het huisje is pas een jaar oud, maar nu al erg vochtig, de ventilatie werkt voor geen meter, de douche blijft de hele dag nat. En een vliegen hor in de slaapkamerramen zou erg welkom zijn. Het is een leuk huisje, maar als de ontwerper eerst eens een week zelf erin gaat wonen, dan weet hij wat hij gaat opleveren (gratis tip)
