Beautiful 2-person holiday home in a former police station in Rolde
Field guards once took care of order and enforcement, but now you will find a spacious two-person holiday home with lots of comfort here. The apartment has a view of the green of Rolde with large oaks. Rolde is an esdorp and has several brinks. In the village itself you can find a bakery, greengrocer, supermarkets, bicycle repair shop (rental), nice restaurants, catering and more. Rolde even has two "own" hunebeds.
Layout
This ground-floor flat has a private entrance and a spacious living room with a seating area equipped with TV. From the living room, patio doors open onto the cosy terrace. The kitchen is complete and includes a five-burner cooker with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and microwave. There is a spacious bedroom with two single beds and a sink. The bathroom (simple) has a shower cubicle and a washbasin. There is a separate toilet. There are some thresholds in the house and the door to the living kitchen is narrower than usual. One car can be parked on private property. If you bring bicycles you can park them in the garage.

Rolde is an esdorp and has several brinks. In the village itself you can find a bakery, greengrocer, supermarkets, bicycle repair shop (rental), catering and more. Public transport is a few hundred meters away. The village even has two "own" hunebeds. Rolde is located in the river landscape of the Drentse Aa - here you will find streams that meander through a beautiful landscape, which hardly occurs in our country anymore. The cool stream valley of the Drentse Aa is therefore a truly unique Dutch cultural landscape, and also an official sanctuary. There are many beautiful cycling and walking routes here. The Balloërveld is located just north of Rolde

We hebben een heerlijke week vakantie gehad in één huisje waar we zeer gastvrij onthaald zijn en waarin het ons aan niets intbrak.

Fijn dat overal een vaas met bloemen stond en een welkom attentie. Enige opmerking: te weinig opbergruimte voor kleding met name om iets op te hangen.
