Vacation home for 4 persons with hot tub in the middle of nature, in Rolde, Drenthe

Upon entering, you walk straight into the cosy living room with a cosy seating area with sofa and television. There is also a dining area with table and chairs. Next is the open kitchen, equipped with a combi-oven, milk frother, induction hob, fridge, Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker, Quooker, dishwasher and wine cooler. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

There are two bedrooms both with two box-spring beds, a wardrobe and tilting windows with mosquito nets. Both bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with double sink, mirror, hairdryer and rain shower. There is a separate toilet.

Outside you have access to a large garden with a terrace where you can sit outside. This includes a lounge set, dining table and chairs, parasol and barbecue. And in the garden there is also a hot tub.

The holiday home offers a number of additional facilities, including a washing machine, dryer and iron and ironing board. There are also facilities that make the house sustainable, this is the on/off switch for the whole house. The house is heated and cooled by air conditioning. The holiday home has double glazing, an electronic smart lock, charging point for an electric car and bicycles. The house also has solar panels and a smart thermostat.
