Comfortable 4-person chalet at Buitenplaats Holten in Rijssen.
This modern furnished four-person chalet is located on a beautiful and unique part of the Netherlands, at Buitenplaats Holten. This holiday park is located in the extension of National Park the Sallandse Heuvelrug, amidst unique natural beauty. The rare Black Grouse and Ruffleberry can still be found on the Holterberg. The core values Peace, Nature and Space of the area, are all found at Buitenplaats Holten. All chalets are therefore built by the water and are situated on large lots so privacy is guaranteed. The park itself has a heated outdoor pool and a common relaxation area where you can sit and relax. There is also a nice petting zoo.
Layout
This spacious holiday home is cosy and modern. The cozy living room has a nice sitting and dining area and an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, filter coffee machine, fridge/freezer and a gas stove. The chalet has a total of two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. Outside you will find the spacious garden with garden furniture. You also have your own parking space.

The town of Rijssen lies at the foot of Holterberg amid unique natural beauty. The rare grouse and ruffed grouse can still be found here among the heather, woods and hills. In and around the Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park, you can also take wonderful walking and cycling trips. Also visit the Rijssens Museum, the Pelmolen, the International Fire Museum Rijssen or Twickel Castle and Estates for a fun day out. Enjoy a wide range of shops, restaurants and cafés in Almelo, Hengelo or Enschede. You can also go to the beautiful Hanseatic town of Deventer, visit museums, go shopping or take a beautiful city walk.

Het vakantiehuis was heerlijk ruim en de hottub was heel fijn! Er waren helaas veel dingen stuk: buitenstoel, klep waterkoker, handdoekenrek, parasol, wc bril, gootsteenstop, en een berg montagepapier in plaats van gebruiksaanwijzingen voor de app. De woning was niet klaar. We konden er pas om half 6 in! Een telefoontje zou prettig geweest zijn.

De bedden zijn niet echt goed. Bij het bewegen van mijn man werd ik bijna het bed uit gelanceerd. Het zou fijn zijn als er vaatwasmachine blokjes aanwezig zouden zijn en een extra rol WC papier. Omdat het park nog erg nieuw is kijken de buren nu nog direct bij je naar binnen. Dit zal over een paar jaar verholpen zijn door beplanting.
