Through our website we only rent holiday homes in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Within these countries, we are in principle open to rent out all types of accommodations. However, here are some standards that we use:
- All accommodations are self-sufficient in cooking facilities and sanitary facilities.
- If your holiday home is located on a holiday park, we request that you register the accommodation via the general park management. We do not include loose houses in a park in our rental program.
- As a renting organization we would also like to be able to actually do something for you and be of added value. That is why heerlijkehuisjes.com will make its own estimate as to whether there is a sufficient match between your accommodation and our target group.
Do you agree with the above points and do you meet the criteria? Then we would like to ask you to complete your registration. We will then contact you to discuss the registration.
If your holiday home is eligible for rental via our platform, it will be placed completely free of charge. For example, we have no placement costs, no annual contribution or other fixed costs.
When a booking is made, we withhold 15% of the basic rent. You pay no commission on the additional costs. This way you only have costs if there is actually turnover in return. It is important to note that the prices and discounts on heerlijkehuisjes.com are equal to your own prices. For example, we keep renting through heerlijkehuisjes.com fair and transparent.
After you have completed the registration form, our owner service will assess your holiday home or park on various criteria. We would therefore like to ask you to fill in the form as completely as possible. After this we will contact you to discuss the registration.
You will also receive important guidelines and more information about our working method from us. By mutual agreement we will switch to making an online house presentation, after which you will also receive the login details for your own login environment. After we have laid the foundation for the house presentation, we will finalize it together with you.
Finally, check all data such as prices and information for future guests. After this, the online rental via heerlijkehuisjes.com can begin.
We believe that everyone deserves a holiday and that everyone should be able to enjoy it carefree. This includes you as owner or park manager. That is why we guarantee up to EUR 1,000 for every booking that takes place via heerlijkehuisjes.com. Is your reservation system not covered? Then we also have the option to synchronize your calendars via iCal. Most websites and systems will support this internet standard. Unfortunately, we cannot synchronize prices with iCal by default, but please ask us about the possibilities.
