Beautiful 8 person holiday home in holidaypark near Renesse 100m from the beach.
This beautiful semi-detached holiday home can be rented at holiday park De Soeten Haert in Noordwellefor a maximum of eight people. You are in a prime location for a great beach holiday in Zeeland, because the wide North Sea beach is only a hundred meters away. It is ideal for all kinds of water sports such as swimming, diving and sailing, or just relax and sunbathe on the family beach, and you can also spot seals on the sandbank in Renesse.
Renesse is a very pleasant village where you can stroll along the shops or enjoy a drink on a terrace. Schouwen-Duiveland and its nature are ideal for long cycling and walking tours, where the landscape constantly changes from dunes to forests to polder landscapes. You will certainly experience a fantastic beach holiday by renting this beautiful eight-person holiday home in Renesse.
Layout
This semi-detached, restyled bungalow is suitable for eight people and has adjustments for the disabled. There are no thresholds and there is an adapted toilet. The living room has a television and there is also an open kitchen with a combination microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, fridge and dishwasher. There are four bedrooms, all with two single box-spring beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and toilet (downstairs) and one with a bath and toilet (upstairs). There is also a washing machine. Outside a lovely garden with a furnished terrace. You can park near the holiday home in one of the many central car parks.

Particularities
- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- Lay-out and interior might deviate from the photos.
- Group of youngsters under 21 are not allowed.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- The facilities in this park are open to a limited extent during the midweeks in low season.
- As a guest of the Soeten Haert, you can use the subtropical swimming paradise of Beach Resort (25 kilometers) for free.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Beach Resort will be closed from Monday 13 January 2025 to Friday 31 January 2025. You are welcome to come and swim at swimming pool De Parel on Hof Domburg. This is about a 25-minute drive away.

Renesse is a bustling coastal village where the lively nightlife, the beautiful beaches and the sunny terraces are the order of the day. In the summer many activities are organised, but even outside the summer there is plenty to do in Renesse. Enjoy the fresh mussels, the Oosterschelde lobster and countless other regional products in one of the many restaurants. Renesse also offers opportunities for horse lovers: you can hire horses and go on beautiful rides through the woods, dunes and along the beach. Besides Renesse, you can go in all directions from here.. The historic Veere, authentic Zierikzee and the interesting Deltapark Neeltje Jans are all within easy reach and definitely recommended for a day out.

Ruim opgezet huis, 2 badkamers ideaal.
Wij hadden problemen met scharnier deur, werd gelijk opgelost. Stofzuiger gevraagd werd gelijk gebracht. Parkeren bij het huisje ook fijn. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kortom zeker voor herhaling vatbaar
