Beautifully located 5-person holiday home in Putten in a wooded area

The cottage has a living room with a small sofa, two comfortable armchairs, a smart TV and games for different ages. There is also a modern, noiseless air conditioner. Through the dining area you can walk right into the open kitchen. The kitchen is simple but complete, equipped with microwave, filter coffee machine and Dolce Gusto. In the pantry is a large refrigerator with freezer drawers. Also here are a washer and dryer, which may be used.

On the first floor is one double bedroom with a double box spring with electric controls. There is also a sink and large smart TV in this bedroom. In the hall you will find a closet with bath and kitchen linen and a stocked bookcase. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a single bed. Finally, the bathroom is also located on this floor. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, a second toilet and sink.

Around the house is a large fully fenced garden. The garden has a large terrace, lawn and three former horse stables. In the garden there are two apple trees whose fruit you may pick and take away in August and September. There is a hammock that fits exactly between these trees. So enjoy!

It is not allowed to smoke in the house. This is possible outside, under the canopy. There is room for three cars on private property.
