Are you a lover of beach and nature? This stylish penthouse is located in a beautiful spot in Residence Kabbelaarsbank. The penthouse has many windows around the living room, so you can enjoy a magnificent view. It is located just steps away from the Brouwersdam. For beach and sea lovers this is the perfect place, because of the many possibilities. The Grevelingenmeer is within walking distance of the penthouse. This is a large saltwater lake where you can enjoy a walk. In the historic center of Ouddorp there is a cozy atmosphere with a wide range of restaurants and stores. Ouddorp is the ideal destination for a vacation full of tranquility, adventure and conviviality.
Layout
This stylish penthouse consists of two floors. There is an elevator. On the second floor is the living room, thanks to the many windows you have a wonderful sea view. The living room has a flat screen TV and air conditioning. The open kitchen has a Nespresso machine, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, dishwasher and induction hob. There is a washing machine in this apartment. On the second floor there are three luxury bedrooms with air conditioning and television. The bathroom is on the second floor with a walk-in shower and a washbasin. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. Outside the accommodation there is a spacious balcony with lounge sofa and patio furniture. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view! You can store your bikes, surf gear and the like in your own lockable storage room in the basement of the complex.

- In the basement you have your own charger for bikes and in the underground parking garage there are several charging stations to charge your electric car. Charging sessions cost 10 euros and can be indicated when booking.
- If you are not a family or relative, all travel companions must be at least 25 years of age or older. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation.

The surrounding area, with its beautiful wide beaches, clean sand and beautiful natural areas, is perfect for taking long walks and lovely bike rides. Here there are several beach clubs and also many water sports opportunities: go kite surfing or windsurfing, for example. During your stay in Ouddorp, visit the Delta Works at Neeltje Jans, the lively city of Rotterdam, the Biesbosch or the Steam Train Museum on the Grevelingendam.
