Cozy 4 person vacation apartment right on the marina and Geverlingen in Ouddorp
This apartment is located on one of the most beautiful and luxurious marinas in the Netherlands and can accommodate four people. With a fantastic location and breathtaking views of the marina and Grevelingen Lake, this apartment is the perfect base for lovers of (water) sports. You can enjoy sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, fishing and much more. The proximity to the Brouwersdam also makes it ideal for beach lovers, where you can relax on the wide North Sea beach and enjoy the sun. From the apartment you can reach everything within a short distance: the beach and the dunes of the North Sea. Nearby you will find numerous picturesque villages such as Ouddorp, Renesse, Brouwershaven and Burgh-Haamstede, where you can enjoy shopping and find a wide variety of restaurants. Along the beaches there are cozy beach bars. Here you can go both in summer and winter for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a hot cup of chocolate after a beach walk.
Layout
The apartment on the second floor has a stylish and cozy living room and a fully equipped open kitchen. The entire apartment has underfloor heating. In the indoor storage room you will find the washing machine, iron and drying rack. You can reach the apartment, both by stairs and elevator. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with television and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with hand and tea towels, toaster, combination microwave, gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and kettle. The first bedroom has a double box-spring bed and, with the French doors, direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single box-spring beds. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. It has access to a lovely private terrace across the full width of the apartment. Here you can enjoy a panoramic view of the marina and the Grevelingenmeer all day long.

- This apartment is particularly suitable for families with children because of its layout and location next to the Center Parcs complex Port Zélande. You and your children can use all the activities and facilities (please note that there is a charge for using the pool at Port Zélande).

Ouddorp, South-Holland
Ouddorp is a seaside resort with a lively village centre with cosy shops, restaurants and terraces and an old harbour that also houses several eating and drinking establishments. The surrounding area, with its beautiful wide beaches, clean sand and beautiful natural areas, is perfect for taking long walks and lovely bike rides. Here there are several beach clubs and also many water sports opportunities: go kite surfing or windsurfing, for example. During your stay in Ouddorp, visit the Delta Works at Neeltje Jans, the lively city of Rotterdam, the Biesbosch or the Steam Train Museum on the Grevelingendam.
