You enter the flat on the ground floor. Through the hall you enter the spacious living room with sitting area and TV. There is also an open kitchen with a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, induction hob, large fridge, Nespresso machine and a percolator coffee machine. There is a separate utility room with a second large fridge, freezer and three high chairs. From the living room you can walk onto the balcony, from where you have a beautiful view of the marina. The balcony is covered, sheltered from the wind and has a small table with four chairs. The first bedroom is also on the ground floor at the seaside. This bedroom has two separate box-spring beds and a large TV (no cable connection, but streaming is possible). Finally, there is a separate toilet.

The third and last bedroom has one bunk bed for two persons and one box-spring bed. Finally, on this floor there is another bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
