As soon as you arrive, you will feel at home and start enjoying your well-deserved vacation or weekend getaway. The artistic and authentic town of Ootmarsum is well worth a visit. Stroll through the narrow streets and alleys with galleries, terraces and contemporary boutiques on either side. Take the bike, or the car and go out and enjoy this beautiful part of the Netherlands.
Layout
The living room has a lovely sitting area with TV, seating area, central heating and internet. The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle and induction hob. There is a separate toilet.
There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms, one with two single box-spring beds and one with a double box-spring (single beds). And there is one bedroom with a bunk bed. The windows in the bedrooms have mosquito nets. There is one bathroom with walk-in shower.
Outside there is a covered terrace equipped with garden furniture. There is central parking in front of this property and is within walking distance. Two cars may be parked in that car park in front of this property.

Ootmarsum is an artistic and authentic town, where you can stroll through the narrow streets and alleys lined with galleries, terraces and contemporary boutiques. Its natural surroundings are characterised by narrow streams, rolling hills, green meadows, heathland and historical farmhouses, often built in Saxon style. You can explore the area via the extensive walking and cycling network. A visit to the nearby Springendal nature reserve is an absolute must. The area is characterised by a structure of heathland, woods and water streams. Prefer a day of shopping? Cities such as Almelo, Hengelo, Enschede and Nordhorn (Germany) are not far from Ootmarsum.
