Layout
Two luxury apartments are situated in the ancient Saxon farm. Each apartment is furnished with a dining table and sitting area with television and radio. The spacious kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle and fridge and freezer. The bedroom is spacious and the beds are made. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. The apartment is heated with a central heating system and on the sunny side there is a spacious terrace with garden furniture.
You can park two cars at the side of the holiday home.

Ootmarsum is an artistic and authentic town, where you can stroll through the narrow streets and alleys lined with galleries, terraces and contemporary boutiques. Its natural surroundings are characterised by narrow streams, rolling hills, green meadows, heathland and historical farmhouses, often built in Saxon style. You can explore the area via the extensive walking and cycling network. A visit to the nearby Springendal nature reserve is an absolute must. The area is characterised by a structure of heathland, woods and water streams. Prefer a day of shopping? Cities such as Almelo, Hengelo, Enschede and Nordhorn (Germany) are not far from Ootmarsum.

Huisje was goed. Wij hadden de pech dat het niet mooi weer was en alles was op het park gesloten. Dus voor de faciliteiten kan ik geen beoordeling geven. We hebben wel één in het restaurant gegeten en dat was goed. We wilden de volgende avond er weer eten, hoefden daarvoor geen reservering te doen. Maar toen we er kwamen ging het licht uit en was.

Onze ervaring was dat je betalen moest om tv te kijken.. kunnen ze beter bij de totaal prijs berekenen. Ventilatie was niet goed zowel de afzuiging in de keuken en de douche.
