Entrance, large hall with toilet, TV/Lounge room with easy seating and wood-burning stove, on the other side of the hall is the 2nd large living room with easy seating, wood-burning stove and the piano, conservatory with French doors to the front garden, very large kitchen diner with dining table and kitchen, from this kitchen diner you can access the garden via French doors and the utility room/bathroom (including washing machine, tumble dryer, massage shower, washbasin and toilet). The kitchen has a filter and Senseo coffee machine. On the 1st floor you will find four bedrooms, 2 x double (1 x 1.80 wide and 1 x 1.40 wide) and 2 x twin rooms (2 x 1.20 wide and 2 x 90 wide), bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and toilet. On the 2nd attic floor two bedrooms with a double bed of 1.40 wide and a cot and a double bed of 1.40 wide. There are lovely rural views from the bedrooms.

The spacious garden has garden furniture, barbecue, jetty, hot tub and sauna (located in the boathouse). There is also a private driveway with parking for 3 cars.
