Attractive and comfortably furnished living room with a sitting area, equipped with TV and a fireplace. There is also a dining area overlooking the garden. The open kitchen is equipped with a toaster, fridge with freezer, Nespresso, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle and washing machine. You reach the first floor via the open staircase in the living room (which is not specially secured for small children). There are three bedrooms here, one bedroom with a double bed with 2 separate mattresses and a washbasin, one bedroom with a bunk bed and one bedroom with a queen-size bed (1.40 wide). The bathroom is also upstairs and has a shower and a sink. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor.

The sliding doors in the living room lead to a covered south facing terrace and a lovely, enclosed, spacious garden with a large lawn and plenty of space for children to play. There is space for 2 cars on the side of the house.
