Luxury 12-person villa at De Katjeskelder holiday park in North Brabant
This beautiful 12-person villa with WiFi is located in beautiful green surroundings at Bungalow Park De Katjeskelder in North Brabant. There is plenty of entertainment at the holiday park for both young and old. Splashing in the water together, sliding down the water slide, playing sports on one of the sports fields or playing in the playground, it's all possible at the Katjeskelder. The holiday park also has various catering establishments and a supermarket. If you want to explore the area, you can rent a bicycle at the park.
Layout
The living room has a cozy sitting area with a television with a chromecast. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a refrigerator with an internal freezer, a combination microwave, filter coffee maker, Senseo, kettle and a dishwasher. There are six bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor. The bedrooms on the ground floor have two single beds. There are also two bathrooms on the ground floor with a shower, toilet and sink.
The four bedrooms on the first floor all also have two single beds. There are also two bathrooms here equipped with toilet and shower or bathtub. On the landing is a table football game and a mini cinema with seating area. There are also stair gates, two cots and two high chairs. There is a separate storage room and you have a private garden with a terrace equipped with garden furniture. Parking is possible near the accommodation.

- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- The interior/exterior of the holiday homes may differ from the photos on the website.
- This holiday home can not be rented for business purposes and group of youngsters under 21 are not allowed.
- If, on arrival, it turns out that the travel group does not form a family, the park may charge an additional group deposit of EUR 500 per person.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at De Katjeskelder will be closed from Monday 6 January 2025 to Sunday 19 January 2025.

Oosterhout is located between two beautiful natural areas: National Park De Loonse en Drunense Duinen and the National Park De Biesbosch, where you can enjoy hiking, biking or boating. Also in the immediate vicinity are the great cities of Breda, Tilburg and 's-Hertogenbosch, where you can go shopping or enjoy the many museums and restaurants. In Oosterhout itself there is also plenty to discover, visit for example Speelgoed- en Carnavalsmuseum Op Stelten or Museum Oud-Oosterhout. Of course, there are also several supermarkets and restaurants that you can take advantage of. Nearby there are some nice golf courses and don't forget to visit the nearby Efteling!

De terras van het huis was niet schoon. De ramen aan de keukenkant lijken nooit gezeemd te worden. De snijplanken zijn zo versleten dat ze steeds zwarte plastic korreltjes afgeven. De magnetron functioneerde niet goed. De stapels linnengoed in het krappe halletje komen niet gastvrij over. Het zelf bed opmaken ook niet.

Helaas was de woning totaal niet schoon maar dit ligt bij Roompot zelf.
