Cosy Tiny House for 4 people on a watery holiday park by the river IJssel
A Tiny House for four people, cleverly and cosily furnished due to its small size. When you stay here, you are one with nature. This accommodation is situated on a holiday park Marina Strandbad. The park is situated on the river IJssel and near National Park Veluwezoom. A perfect combination for water and hiking enthusiasts. The park has various facilities, such as a marina, a heated outdoor swimming pool, various playgrounds and Wi-Fi throughout the park.
With Hanseatic towns such as Deventer and Zutphen in the vicinity, you will not be bored. Cycle the popular castles route or visit the Kröller-Müller Museum with its rich van Gogh collection. In short, there is plenty to experience.
Layout
The cosy living room has a sitting area with pellet stove and a television. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, cooker, refrigerator, microwave, Senseo coffee machine and electric kettle. On the ground floor you will also find the bathroom with shower and toilet. Through the living room you can take the stairs to a two single beds. In addition, there is another bedroom with a double bed. From the bedroom you look out over the living room. The French doors lead you to the sunny terrace with garden furniture for four persons.
Together with other Tiny Houses, the house borders on an open air courtyard with lounge sofas and several hammocks.

Particularities
- Please note that it is not possible to place a child bed in the bedroom in this holiday accommodation.
- The homes may vary in interior and exterior and therefore differ from the photos shown.
- Marinapark Strandbad is still under development. It is therefore possible that the construction work will cause some inconvenience during the day. The park will do everything possible to keep this to a minimum.
- The park reserves the right to request a deposit on site from all guests renting holiday homes. The deposit is a maximum of EUR 100 per person.
- It is necessary for the main booker to be present at check-in to provide identification.

Between Arnhem and Hengelo lies tiny Olburgen: an authentic village on the edge of the beautiful Achterhoek and close to Veluwezoom National Park and De Hoge Veluwe National Park. These two beautiful nature reserves adorn the area and are perfect for endless walking and cycling trips. Would you rather go into town to soak up some culture? No problem! You can visit nearby Arnhem or Apeldoorn. Slightly smaller, but also definitely worth a visit are Hengelo, Doetinchem and Zutphen. Even smaller, but also very beautiful and full of history are the villages of Dieren and Doesburg. In short: here you combine nature and city with numerous attractions in a particularly green environment.
