Luxurious 6-person holiday home on holiday park Marina Strandbad
This special object, named 'L-Cube Plus', has a modern look and high ceiling. This holiday home is located on holiday park Marina Strandbad; a perfect location for both water and walking enthusiasts. The holiday park with marina is situated on the river IJssel, but National Park Veluwezoom is also nearby. You can sail your own boat to the park, rent a boat or canoe or follow one of the many walking and cycling routes. This holiday park also has an outdoor swimming pool, a playground and entertainment for the children during the high season.
Layout
This 'cube' has a spacious living room with television, indoor fireplace and high windows, which let in a lot of light. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave. There are three bedrooms. Two of the three are equipped with two single box spring beds. The third bedroom is a double bedstead. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and washbasin. There is a separate toilet. The large sliding doors in the living room give access to the spacious terrace with garden furniture. There is parking at the house for one car and you can make free use of Wifi. Not all properties of this type are waterfront, you can book this with preference.

- Marinapark Strandbad is still under development. It is therefore possible that the construction work will cause some inconvenience during the day. The park will do everything possible to keep this to a minimum.
- The park reserves the right to request a deposit on site from all guests renting holiday homes. The deposit is a maximum of EUR 100 per person.
- It is necessary for the main booker to be present at check-in to provide identification.

Between Arnhem and Hengelo lies tiny Olburgen: an authentic village on the edge of the beautiful Achterhoek and close to Veluwezoom National Park and De Hoge Veluwe National Park. These two beautiful nature reserves adorn the area and are perfect for endless walking and cycling trips. Would you rather go into town to soak up some culture? No problem! You can visit nearby Arnhem or Apeldoorn. Slightly smaller, but also definitely worth a visit are Hengelo, Doetinchem and Zutphen. Even smaller, but also very beautiful and full of history are the villages of Dieren and Doesburg. In short: here you combine nature and city with numerous attractions in a particularly green environment.

Het park, aanleg van de tuinen, het overige groen en de waterpartijen is heel mooi. De woning is mooi ingericht, maar er was niet goed gepoetst. Er was niet gezogen, dat kon ook niet want de stofzuigerzak zat zo vol dat de stofzuiger geen zuigkracht meer had, op het toilet hing een sterke urine geur. Jammer dat airco ontbrak.
