Beautiful 3 person apartment in an idyllic village in the Eifel

This beautiful apartment for three persons is located in the idyllic Eifel village of Oberscheidweiler. The small village is located between Koblenz and Trier at 400 m above sea level in the so-called Volcanic Eifel. The apartment is on the ground floor of a house with a total of four apartments. From the apartment you can go directly through the french doors to the beautifully landscaped garden and the terrace. From the terrace you have a fantastic rural view of the surroundings. You can go hiking or cycling in the immediate area. The forest is 200 meters from the house. You can make wonderful day trips a short distance from your holiday home, for example to the Moselle, to the Volcano Maare, to Cochem, Bernkastel, Luxembourg, or to the Nürburgring. You will find a huge geyser in the village of Wallenborn. In the vicinity there are also various beautiful castles to visit and admire. In short, plenty to do!

Layout

This apartment is on the ground floor and has an area of 57m² and a terrace. In the large living and dining room has a dining area and a seating area with satellite TV, radio and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen has a dining area, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob with oven, fridge and freezer, among other things. There is a bedroom with a double bed, 1.80m x 2.00m, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, mirror and a storage cupboard. The couch in the living room can possibly be used as extra sleeping accommodation, but an extra bed can also be added on request. From the apartment you have direct access to the beautiful garden and the terrace with garden furniture.

Location and surroundings

Oberscheidweiler, Rhineland-Palatinate

Located close to the Salmwald, Oberscheidweiler is a large and almost untouched forest area in the Eifel region. The Eifel region is ideal for an active holiday, also for families with children. It is ideal here for hiking, fishing, swimming, mountain biking, horse riding, parasailing and boating. The Vulkaneifel region is one of the most beautiful and authentic landscapes in Europe, where, among other things, you can admire a real geyser in Wallende Born that discharges about every 20 minutes. For a day of culture, the cities of Trier, Koblenz and Cochem on the Moselle are definitely recommended. Here, museums, local culinary surprises, history and fine shopping are the order of the day.

Geweldig! Dit appartement op de begane grond, met eigen zitje, is in alles voorzien. De afwerking is van hoge kwaliteit en de keuken en badkamer lijken recent gerenoveerd. Door de rolluiken en horren is het aangenaam binnen en de ruimte is groot in iedere kamer. De grote, gedeelde tuin en alle speelfaciliteiten maken het af. Het is zeer compleet!

Uitstekend appartement en prachtige tuin/ omgeving! We zijn hier voor de 2e keer geweest en net als de eerste keer alles super op orde. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Toplokatie voor verkennen van omgeving. Uitstapjes naar Cochem, Koblenz en Trier gemaakt.

Het appartement is heel mooi, schoon, ruim, echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Het appartement is echt mindervalide/rolstoel toegankelijk en de voorziening zijn wat mindervalide betreft ook goed in orde. Alles klopt met de beschrijving. De eigenaren zijn super vriendelijk en je kan echt alles aan hen vragen. De omgeving leent zich voor activiteiten.
