Luxury 10-person holiday home with sauna, whirlpool and free WiFi | Ardennes.
Lovely pampered house! This luxurious 10-person holiday home with a wonderful spacious garden and a wellness area (six-person wirlpool and sauna) is located in the village of Noiseux in the province of Namur. The holiday home is located in a natural and peaceful environment and guarantees a wonderful and relaxing holiday close to home. The wooded surroundings around Noiseux are perfect for hiking, horse riding or cycling. In the surroundings, you can enjoy motorcycling and kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.
Layout
Ground floor:
Entrance, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Storage room with washing machine and a tumble dryer. Outside, access to the sauna and a shower room. You will also find a lovely six-person whirlpool and a toilet.
First floor:
Large rustic living room with dining area and new sitting area with fireplace, flat-screen TV and DVD player. Modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, electric cooker, microwave, freezer, fridge and coffee machine. One bedroom with a bunk bed and three bedrooms with two single beds. A bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
Outside:
Large terrace with awning, large garden with barbecue and table tennis table. There is a table football in the garage. Near the house is a nice communal playground.

Noiseux, Namur
Noiseux is located in a natural and peaceful area, not far from other picturesque towns. For example, visit Biron, Hotton or Durbuy, the smallest town in Europe. Besides walking around and enjoying the shops and terraces, there is more to do in the Noiseux area. The castle of La Roche en Ardenne is definitely worth a visit and the stalactite caves and castles in the area are real gems. Also visit Fantôme brewery and learn all about the art of brewing beer. For sports enthusiasts, there are also plenty of activities: explore the area by bike or take beautiful walks. The region is also perfect for horse riding, mountain biking, climbing or survival tours.

Veel aan dit huis en de omgeving is heel erg goed, behalve dan het onderhoud aan de woning. De foute meterstanden in het nadeel van de huurder voelt onprettig

Wij hebben genoten in het huis. Met het bubbelbad, sauna en speeltuin voor alle leeftijden leuk.
Het huis zelf is groot en de bedden liggen prima. Het huis is echter wel aan een opknapbeurt toe & was ook niet overal even schoon. Een nadeel was dat je het groen/plastic/glas afval 10 min in de auto bij sleuteladres moet inleveren.

Jaccuzi was heel fijn, wel jammer dat de temperatuur niet veranderd kan worden. Huis was goed, ruim en schoon. Fijne grote tuin.
