This atmospheric group accommodation has a large group room where you can enjoy a meal together. Adjacent to the group room you will find a bar where you will find the sound system, coffee maker, kettle and a beer tap. Above the group room is an open vide with the game room. Behind the bar there is a lounge that can be closed with sound-proof sliding doors.

The food can be prepared in a luxury and professional kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher, six-burner gas cooker, two deep-frying pans, a fridge freezer, filter coffee maker, large oven, microwave and of course sufficient cookware and crockery. On the first floor there is an additional seating area with various couches and chairs.

The accommodation has 10 bedrooms with the following layout:

* Bedroom 10 is located on the ground floor and has its own bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

The bunk beds are all bedsteads and therefore offer a lot of privacy. On the first floor you will find two bathrooms (one for men and one for women) with both four showers and three toilets. You will also find two separate toilets in the group room on the ground floor.

Outside the accommodation you are guaranteed to enjoy the beautiful view with a lovely outdoor terrace with picnic tables. There are also fenced fireplaces with benches and a large playing field where there is plenty of room to organize activities. This accommodation is located directly on the Frisian lakes (Oudegaaster Brekken) with its own harbor where 10 open sailing boats, 30 stand up padle boards, 30 canoes and several sloops are rented.
