Beautiful 6 person holiday home in Nieuwvliet Bad
Beautiful six-person holiday home at Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad. On the border of the Zeeland landscape and the beautiful Zeeland dunes, lies this Beach Resort. Go romp around the beach, walk through the adjacent nature reserve, or take a nice bike ride along the beautiful coast of Zeeland. In the area are a lot of cozy and nice places. Take a look at Sluis or Cadzand. Or drive over the Belgian border to the beautiful seaside resort of Knokke. For all daily groceries you can go to the cozy fishing village of Breskens. Come and enjoy!
Layout
Cozy living room with a dining area and sitting area with smart TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine and a fridge with freezer. There are three bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs. All three bedrooms have two single box spring beds. (one bedroom has a second TV) There are two bathrooms (one downstairs and one upstairs) with shower and sink. The bathroom upstairs has an infrared sauna. There is also a separate toilet both downstairs and upstairs. Outside there is a lovely terrace with garden furniture. The holiday home has its own washing machine and dryer. There is also a safe and private parking.

Particularities
- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- Lay-out and interior might deviate from the photos.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad will be closed from Monday 16 December 2024 to Friday 20 December 2024.

Beach, dunes and beautiful vegetation alternate in the area around Nieuwvliet, which is also the habitat for numerous bird species and a wealth of special plants. As a nature lover, you will certainly be able to enjoy the beautiful nature and birds in this special part of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. And are several bicycle routes through the beautiful surroundings. Nieuwvliet has some nice stores, including a bakery and a few cafes and restaurants. There is plenty to do in the Nieuwvliet area, so all beach activities are possible, you can even paraglide in Nieuwvliet-Bad! For a day of shopping, head to Sluis, but even Belgian Bruges is not far.

Er zijn nog wel wat aandachtspunten. Het terras was onverzorgd, onkruid en vogelpoep. WC knop bleef hangen en het water kwam omhoog in het closet . De sauna heeft een lange op warm tijd nodig en gaat met een kwartier al uit. Horren voor de ramen op de slaapkamer is ook wel zo prettig . Het zit meubilair is aan vervanging toe , is door gezakt.

Schoonmaak liet te wensen over. Servies werk niet schoon, overal stofraggen en spinnen. Afzuigkap vies. Gat in badkamerdeur boven. Tuinmeubilair vies. Jammer dat we zoveel schoonmaakkosten moeten betalen. We hebben niet geklaagd. Zo zijn we niet. Waarschijnlijk moeten de schoonmakers binnen no time alles voor elkaar krijgen.

Niet alles was even netjes, de oven, spinwebben aan muren en op de lampen. De toiletpot niet echt proper. Tip zet op de toilet en wc reiningsproduct en luchtverfrisser.
