Beautiful 8 person holiday home with private sauna in Nieuwvliet Bad
Beautiful eight-person holiday home with private sauna at Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad. This Beach Resort is located on the border of the Zeeland landscape and the beautiful Zeeland dunes. Go romp on the beach, walk through the adjacent nature reserve, or take a nice bike ride along the beautiful Zeeland coast. There are many cozy and nice places in the area. Take a look at Sluis or Cadzand. Or drive across the Belgian border to the beautiful seaside resort of Knokke. For all daily shopping you can go to the pleasant fishing village of Breskens. Come and enjoy!
Layout
Through the hall you reach the living room with a dining area and a sitting area with a smart TV. The open kitchen is equipped with a coffee capsule machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, four-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer, combination microwave and dishwasher. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. There are three more bedrooms on the first floor. All bedrooms have two single box-spring beds. You will also find two bathrooms here, one with an infrared sauna. There is also a separate toilet upstairs. There is also a lovely garden with a terrace and garden furniture.

Particularities
- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- Lay-out and interior might deviate from the photos.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad will be closed from Monday 16 December 2024 to Friday 20 December 2024.

Beach, dunes and beautiful vegetation alternate in the area around Nieuwvliet, which is also the habitat for numerous bird species and a wealth of special plants. As a nature lover, you will certainly be able to enjoy the beautiful nature and birds in this special part of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. And are several bicycle routes through the beautiful surroundings. Nieuwvliet has some nice stores, including a bakery and a few cafes and restaurants. There is plenty to do in the Nieuwvliet area, so all beach activities are possible, you can even paraglide in Nieuwvliet-Bad! For a day of shopping, head to Sluis, but even Belgian Bruges is not far.

Mooi ruim huis, heerlijke bedden. Qua schoonmaak minder, tafelpoot was besmeurd met iets, vies gezicht. Beddengoed was wel schoon, alleen voor dat geld zou je toch wel handdoeken verwachten zoals altijd overal. Huis was wel moeilijk te vinden, geef iets met kleur of zo aan, ook onze kids konden het in eerste instantie niet vinden, heel raar aangegen.

Wir haben hier mit 8Personen und einem Hund Urlaub gemacht, und uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und der Garten wunderbar. Leider waren wir ganz am Ende des Parks, so dass es ziemlich weit zum einkaufen von Brötchen gewesen ist.
Unsere Enkelkinder haben den großen Indoorspielplatz sowie das Schwimmbad sehr genossen
