4-person vacation home in Nieuwdorp
In the middle of the rural village of Nieuwland lies this energy-neutral house. Spacious, comfortable and light characterise this holiday address. Close to Lake Veere and large cities such as Middelburg and Goes. That makes it an ideal base. Shopping or enjoying the many restaurants in Goes? Or visit museums in monumental Middelburg? Enjoy a boat trip, swim or take a surfing lesson on Veerse Meer. The beaches are located about 15 minutes away by car.
Layout
The holiday home has a spacious living room with sofa and separate armchair. The dining area is comfortable and gives access to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped: hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, washing machine, etcetera. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. Bed linen is included.
The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin with large cabinet and a toilet. The house has underfloor heating, air conditioning, mosquito nets and shutters. There is a storage room for storing and charging e-bikes. There is a terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy the sun while having breakfast or with a glass of wine after a strenuous day of holidays!

Nieuwdorp, Zeeland
Nieuwdorp is a pretty village on the Zeeland island of Zuid-Beveland. You are between the Oosterschelde and Westerschelde estuaries, so you can fully enjoy the water here. Nature on the island is very diverse and perfect for exploring on foot or by bike. The many picturesque villages and cosy towns in the area are worth a visit. In Nieuwdorp itself, the Liberation Museum is highly recommended. It tells the story of Zeeland during the Second World War. The Alpaca Park is also fun to visit. Here you can take a walk with these gentle and intelligent animals.
