Cosy flat for 2 adults and 2 kids with a hot tub in the garden in Nieuw Heeten
This flat is suitable for up to two adults and two children and is located in Nieuw Heeten. This is a village at the foot of National Park Sallandse Heuvelrug. This nature reserve is known for one of the largest continuous dry heathlands in Europe. You can enjoy the forest and heathland here. There are various walking and cycling routes in the area. The Hanseatic city of Deventer is about 20 minutes' drive from the holiday home. This Hanseatic city lies on the river IJssel and various historical features of the city are still visible. Here you can shop in one of the boutiques or enjoy a drink on a terrace. For a relaxing day, visit Thermen Bussloo or the Veluwse Bron.
Layout
The living room has a cosy seating area including a TV, games, books and a fireplace. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave, kettle and a Nespresso. There is one bedroom with a double bed. The second bedroom is a sleeping loft with two single mattresses, this room is only suitable for people aged between five and 15. The bathroom has underfloor heating, here you will find a shower, two sinks, toilet and a hairdryer. Outside you have a furnished terrace, a bicycle shed, barbecue and a hot tub. In the owner's garden there is an 8-cornered construction pool, which you can use from mid-June until the end of August.

The Sallandse Heuvelrug is a beautiful and unique area located in the middle of the province of Overijssel. The nature here invites you to lovely walking and cycling trips over beautiful hilltops with magnificent views. Discover the wooded surroundings and the vast heathlands of the nearby Holterberg, one of the hills of the Sallandse Heuvelrug. Also nearby is Dondertman Children's Farm: a real attraction for young and old with a large playground, various play activities and many animals. Avonturenpark Hellendoorn is also nearby and is an outing for the whole family. Het Loo Palace, the Apenheul or the Julianatoren amusement park, all located in Apeldoorn, are also highly recommended!

Heerlijke dagen gehad, keurig opgevangen door de gastheer en alles vriendelijk uitgelegd.
Toen we ‘s avonds nog een vraag hadden, waren ze goed bereikbaar en gastvrij.
We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Een top weekje alles was er aanwezig. Huisje was helemaal top en af. De eigenaren hebben hier nergens op bezuinigd de inrichting voelt warm en knus aan en ook de eigenaren zijn super vriendelijk en service gericht. Wij gaan zeer zeker weer terug komen om lekker te ontspannen gewoon top en niks negatief te vinden .
