Discover this attractive six-person vacation farmhouse located in Neer surrounded by lush nature, offers peace and quiet for a relaxing stay. Its unique location ensures optimal privacy and tranquility, ideal for nature lovers and families looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous hiking and cycling routes through the green landscapes of Central Limburg. Visit the historic city of Roermond, just fifteen kilometers away, known for its beautiful architecture and the Designer Outlet Roermond. The atmospheric cities of Weert and Venlo are within forty kilometers and offer rich history and cozy shopping streets.
For families, a trip to Toverland, less than half an hour away, is highly recommended. The nearby National Park De Groote Peel offers plenty of opportunities for a day out in nature.
Layout
The vacation home features a cozy living room with comfortable seating area, television and dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and Senseo coffee maker. There are four bedrooms in the house, on the first floor there is one bedroom with a double bed. The other three bedrooms are on the second floor with two bedrooms one single bed and one bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, sink and toilet. Outside you will enjoy a spacious garden with terrace and garden furniture. There is also a shed to store bicycles and ample parking.

The attractive village of Neer is surrounded by nature, with the Leudal nature reserve in the immediate vicinity. The cosy cities of Roermond and Venlo are within easy reach, where you can go shopping, enjoy a delicious meal or visit museums. For various water sports, fishing or a refreshing dip, Neer is also the place to be. You can go fishing or sailing on the Meuse river or swim in one of the recreational lakes along the river. The Limburg countryside is also great to discover by bike or on foot. Think of the Route des Asperges in spring or visiting the many castles, country houses, mills, nature reserves, De Heldense Bossen and National Park de Groote Peel. All highly recommended!
