Comfortable 10 person holiday home with Finnish sauna in Monschau.

The house has five bedrooms. Two bedrooms with two single beds, two bedrooms with a double bed and a cot, one bedroom with a double bed and an extra washbasin. The accommodation has two bathrooms of which one is equipped with a double washbasin, shower, bath and toilet. The other bathroom is equipped with a washbasin and walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, Sodastream, fridge and extra fridge/freezer, coffee machine, fully automatic coffee with beans for espresso, cappuccino and hot water. There is free coffee, tea, milk and sugar. There are also two gourmet sets available.

On the living floor you will find the very large and spacious living and dining room (for 10 persons and with parquet floor) with satellite television, DVD player, X-box with games with two consoles, comics, reading books and board games. There is also an extra lounge with an open fire. This cosy lounge also gives access to the south-facing furnished terrace. The enclosed and secure small garden has a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and a covered bicycle storage area. A table football game and darts are available. There are two parking spaces at the house, one (not covered) private parking space and an indoor garage for one car.

Those who wish to return home completely revitalised can, for an additional fee, use the "wellness" facilities complete with Finnish sauna and shower.
