Beautiful 4-6 person Houseboat with roof terrace on the Mookerplas with water view
This beautiful four-to-six-person housboat is suited for max four adults and is located on the Mookerplas in Middelaar at the top of the province of Limburg. The Houseboat is very modern and fully equipped. With a 'private pool' in front of the door, this holiday home offers you a unique experience and a beautiful view over the clear water. Ideal for nature and water lovers! Take a dip from your terrace or enjoy the sunset with a drink. Marina Mookerplas is located in the beautiful nature reserve of the Mookerheide, here you can discover the rich history of the vast moors and beautiful forests while walking.
Layout
This houseboat is suitable for four to six people and is comfortably furnished. The comfortable living room has a sofa bed, chairs and a dining table. The large windows offer a beautiful view over the clear water. The open kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner induction cooking, a Senseo, a refrigerator and a kettle. The lodge has two bedrooms. A bedroom with a double box-spring bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed. A fifth and / or sixth person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower cabin, a washbasin with hair dryer and a toilet. The terrace outside offers you the opportunity to swim, you can also take a seat on the furnished terrace. This type has an extra terrace on the roof! Enjoy the view over the Mookerplas. The houseboat is equipped with air conditioning and free wifi. You can park your car for free outside the site.

- This houseboat is cosily furnished, there are two bedrooms, the fifth and/or sixth person sleeps on the sofa bed in the living room. It is therefore suitable for a maximum of four adults and two children up to 14 years old.
- This houseboat can accommodate up to four adults and two kids.
- In the service pack you will find a dishcloth, a washing-up brush, a small bottle of washing-up liquid, a sponge and one rubbish bag. One roll of toilet paper is provided in the accommodation.

Middelaar, Limburg
Middelaar: a village located in the northernmost tip of Limburg. A special destination in a region also known as 'the bridge between Meuse and hill country'. It is a place that breathes epicurean delights and where you will find many vineyards, for example. Active holidays are also possible here: the famous Pieterpad is nearby and just to the north (just above Groesbeek) you will find the Seven Hills Road. Nature reserves are also well represented with the beautiful National Park de Maasduinen and De Groote Peel nearby. And for a day city trip, you're also in the perfect place: you can reach Nijmegen, Venlo, Oss and Eindhoven within an hour's drive. In short, there is plenty to do here!

Rookmelder ontbrak en afvalscheiding was onmogelijk, want nergens aparte containers. Maar prachtige locatie, goed uitgeruste houseboat, en een van de schoonste accommodaties die we ooit gehuurd hebben.

Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Bij het boeken kun je niet kiezen voor een boot met dakterras of zonder dakterras. Na de boeking gingen we, op basis van de foto, er vanuit dat we een uitzicht over het water zouden hebben. Helaas bleek dat niet het geval.
