Beautiful 6-person waterside holiday home in Medemblik, on the IJsselmeer.
Welcome to this luxury 6-person holiday home in the holiday park Vakantiepark IJsselmeer, located in watery Medemblik. This holiday park lies opposite the IJsselmeer and the holiday home is situated on the inland water of the Vliet. Medemblik is a tourist town with all kinds of museums, sights and attractions for young and old. The holiday home is uniquely located in the West Frisian landscape. This environment offers numerous recreational opportunities: swimming, sailing, kite surfing. In addition, the area is perfect for long walks and cycling trips. In short: the perfect conditions for a day out. Medemblik is a bustling trading town from the VOC era that you can really experience, which we highly recommend. In addition, the holiday park has a heated indoor swimming pool with waterslide and a brasserie with waterside terrace.
Layout
This luxury holiday home with an area of around 100m2 was completely renovated and retrofitted in 2017. After entering, you will find the staircase, a guest toilet and a separate storage room in the hallway. The living room faces the water and features a cosy seating area with television and French doors to the terrace. The holiday home has an open-plan kitchen and includes a dishwasher, combi microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, four-burner hob, filter coffee maker and kettle.
On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds and a bathroom with shower, toilet, some with a bathtub. The holiday home has its own jetty and a garden with terrace facing the water. In addition, some houses have a fence on the waterfront. There is parking space for one car at the house.

Medemblik is a picturesque town with old houses, narrow streets and picturesque facades. Medemblik and its surroundings offer a wealth of opportunities for relaxation: beautiful walking and cycling routes, the old cozy city center with many terraces and the authentic market on Saturdays in the summer months. Also visit Castle Radboud Medemblik, the Dutch Steam Engine Museum, the Zuiderzee Museum or Sprookjeswonderland. The city of Alkmaar is also worth a visit, every Friday you can see the famous cheese market. Nature and the many recreational areas in the area are ideal not only for sailors, but also for surfers, swimmers, sunbathers and anglers.

Restaurant door zwemlessen niet rustig kunnen eten. Het huisje was niet schoon. Weinig sfeer in het huisje.
