Modern water villa for 6 persons with spacious garden on Holiday park IJsselmeer
Welcome to this beautiful 6-person water villa on Holiday park IJsselmeer, located in the watery town of Medemblik. This holiday home has a decking at the water's edge. The holiday park itself is situated opposite the IJsselmeer and in the town Medemblik. This town is a tourist attraction with all kinds of museums, sights and attractions for young and old. The house is located in the unique West Frisian landscape and offers numerous opportunities for recreation. Are you a true nature lover and do you enjoy walking and cycling? Then this is the place to be. And avid water sports enthusiasts can also indulge themselves here: swimming, sailing or kite surfing: it's all possible here! In addition, Medemblik is a bustling trading town dating back to the VOC era. Definitely fun to spend a day! If you return to the park at the end of the day, you can take a dive in the heated indoor swimming pool with slide. You can have a bite to eat in the brasserie with its terrace by the water.
Layout
This water villa is suitable for 6 persons, has a sustainable design and is equipped with solar panels and an air/water heat pump. On the ground floor you will find the living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, filter coffee maker, kettle and fridge-freezer. Also on the ground floor is a separate toilet and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the first floor are a second and third bedroom, as well as a second bathroom and a second separate toilet. There is also an indoor storage room. From the living room you have a view on the garden which is generously laid out with a decking area at the water's edge. There are two parking spaces at the holiday house.

- The premium package consists of made-up beds, bed linen and a towel package (one large and one small). Optionally, it is possible to book an extra towel package. Please note that you do not need to bring your own bed linen.

Medemblik and its surroundings offer a wealth of opportunities for relaxation: beautiful walking and cycling routes, the old cozy city center with many terraces and the authentic market on Saturdays in the summer months. Also visit Castle Radboud Medemblik, the Dutch Steam Engine Museum, the Zuiderzee Museum or Sprookjeswonderland. The city of Alkmaar is also worth a visit, every Friday you can see the famous cheese market. Nature and the many recreational areas in the area are ideal not only for sailors, but also for surfers, swimmers, sunbathers and anglers.

Vooral de buitenkant van het huisje was bij aankomst niet schoon, erg veel spinnenwebben op de ramen. Ook binnen niet helemaal schoon, haren en viezigheid op de bank. Verder als het regende stonk het in de badkamer beneden( rioollucht).
