Luxury 4 person holiday villa on the Lower Rhine near Maurik

This beautiful four-person vacation villa has a view of the Lower Rhine. The vacation park Marinapark Bad Nederrijn offers everything if you are looking for peace, water, nature and luxury. You can experience different types of water sports, such as water skiing, surfing, sailing and much more. Or discover the versatile landscape of the Betuwe. Maurik is centrally located in the Netherlands, near Tiel. Its unique location offers numerous cycling and hiking routes, beautiful castles and fruit farms. For those who prefer a quieter pace, there is also the possibility of fishing. In short, there are plenty of opportunities for the whole family to have fun!

Layout

The living room is modernly furnished with a stylish sofa, comfortable armchairs, a dining area and a large flat-screen television. The open kitchen has a fridge-freezer, hob with built-in extractor, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. There are two bedrooms, both with two single box-spring beds and a flat-screen TV in each room. The spacious bathroom has a double sink, rain shower and toilet. From the living room you have access to the beautifully landscaped hardwood terrace and adjacent lawn. You can relax in the garden furniture with beautiful views of the water. There is parking for one car at the house.

There is so much to experience in the area around Maurik. Think about the beautiful Betuwe and discover the great cycling and hiking routes in the area. Would you rather go boating on the water? Then hire an electric sloop, sailing boat or pedal boat and go exploring in the area. Discover the history of the area by visiting the cosy and historical towns of Buren and Wijk bij Duurstede or one of the many castles in the area. For a day out, visit the Glass Museum Leerdam, National Park De Hoge Veluwe or go shopping in Nijmegen, Arnhem or Tiel.

Huisje was prima, zelfs voorzien van screens.

Ook hebben wij via het park gebruik gemaakt van het huren van een bootje.
Het zou fijn zijn als deze tussendoor ook wordt gecontroleerd op schoonheid. Er lagen nu etensrestenen sigarettenpeuken in het bootje.
