This luxury six-person vacation villa has a view of the Lower Rhine. The vacation park Marinapark Bad Nederrijn offers everything if you are looking for peace, water, nature and luxury. You can get acquainted with different types of water sports, such as water skiing, surfing, sailing and much more. Or discover the versatile landscape of the Betuwe. Maurik is centrally located in the Netherlands, near Tiel. Its unique location offers numerous cycling and hiking routes, beautiful castles and fruit farms. For those who prefer things a little quieter, there is also the possibility of fishing. In short, there are plenty of opportunities for the whole family to have fun!

Layout

The living room is modernly furnished with a stylish sofa, comfortable armchairs, a dining area and a large flat-screen television. The open kitchen has a fridge-freezer, hob with built-in extractor, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and a television, one with two single beds and a television, the third bedroom has a bunk bed. The beds are made before arrival. The spacious bathroom has a sink, rain shower and toilet. From the living room you have access to the beautifully landscaped hardwood terrace and adjacent lawn. You can relax in the garden furniture with beautiful views of the water.
