The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, microwave and oven. A washing machine, freezer and an extra fridge are at your disposal in the storage room. The bathroom with shower, sink and a separate toilet with sink are also on the ground floor. The playroom with various toys for children is adjacent to the living room. Louvre doors provide an open connection to the living room or a separate play area can be created. All rooms are centrally heated.

The home has four bedrooms. All bedrooms are on the first floor.There are two bedrooms with two single beds and one of them has a sink, one bedroom with twin jumeauxbed 180cm x 220cm and a sink and a bedroom with bunk beds. On the first floor you can also find a toilet with sink.There is a high chair and a cot and a stair gate for safety.
