The beautiful landscape, for which Twente is so well known, has a wonderful walking and cycling network. While cycling and hiking, you will pass sand drifts, pine forests, the Dinkel valley, quaint villages and beautiful towns. Tranquillity and nature are two important keywords you can find here. That the proverbial tranquillity stands for boring is definitely to be contradicted. On the contrary, Losser is a wonderful tourist municipality where a range of activities are organised in the summer months. Holidaymakers who love terraces will certainly come into their own in Losser, De Lutte or Oldenzaal.
