Beautiful 9 person holiday home in the Achterhoek near Lochem
This beautiful and completely ground floor holiday home is suitable for 9 people. The house is situated in a wooded area on Bosrijk Ruigenrode. The historic town Lochem with its cozy center is located at a distance of three kilometers. The vast nature of the Achterhoek, the landscape with its forests, stately country estates, castles, charming villages and cities (such as Zutphen and Deventer) form a fantastic walking and cycling area. At the adjacent 'Resort de Achterhoek' you can make free use of the recreation and play pond.
Layout
The spacious and cozy living room has a nice sitting area with flat screen TV and fireplace. There is also a spacious dining area. The open kitchen has, among other things, a refrigerator with separate freezer, combination microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, four-burner stove and a kettle. Through the garden door you enter the spacious terrace with garden furniture. There are a total of four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Three bedrooms have two single beds and the fourth bedroom has three single beds or two single beds and a bunk bed (depending on the house number). Each bedroom has its own bathroom (two with a bath, toilet and sink and two with a shower, toilet and sink).

Lochem is located in the heart of the Achterhoek region, known for its vast forests, ancient castles, farms and cosy towns such as the Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer. The area has many nature reserves with forests, vast heathlands and many streams. The typical coulisse landscape that characterises this region offers endless beautiful cycling and walking trips. Lochem has several cosy restaurants, terraces and shops. For a day out, go to Adventure Park Hellendoorn, Family Fun Park Megapret, take a walk through Lochem and see Castle De Cloese or visit one of the many other castles in the area.

Mijn vriendin arriveerde eerder dan ik, de balie medewerkster vertelde dat er geen huisjes van “heerlijke huisjes” waren op het terrein, dus dat ze naar het andere terrein moest gaan! Tegen mij zij de baliemedewerkster dat er geen plattegrond was! En ze dacht dat we …. Moesten rijden! 3 kwartier later vonden we het huisje! Vaatwasser vol vieze vaat.
Owner's response:
Excuses voor de slechte ontvangst door de receptie van het park, we hebben ze daarop aangesproken, hier was sprake van een nieuwe onwetende medewerker en nu worden de gasten (weer) gastvrij ontvangen.
Uiteraard had de vaatwasser schoon en opgeruimd moeten zijn, jammer genoeg hebben de huurders dat nagelaten en heeft onze schoonmaakster dat niet opgemerkt.

We didn't pay attention that there were no towels, soap - was a huge suprize in the evening. No explanation that garbages should be throw in another side of camping with the house keys.

Het was bijzonder dat de eigenaar van het huisje in het huisje was geweest toen wij even weg waren.

Ik ben als eigenaar niet in de woning geweest, maar wel in de voorraadkast, die zich buiten de woning bevindt.
