Lochem is located in the heart of the Achterhoek region, known for its vast forests, ancient castles, farms and cosy towns such as the Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer. The area has many nature reserves with forests, vast heathlands and many streams. The typical coulisse landscape that characterises this region offers endless beautiful cycling and walking trips. Lochem has several cosy restaurants, terraces and shops. Superleuke dagen gehad, schitterende omgeving. Mooi huisje en goede bedden en mooi meubilair. Eén minpunt, de rioolrecht in de badkamer en ketelkast.

Prima, grote woning met een mooie, ruime tuin. Met smaak ingericht. Prima bedden. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Heerlijk stil. Vlakbij de centrale voorzieningen.

Park op zich is voortreffelijk, maar het huisje is aan renovatie toe. Daarnaast rook het naar schimmel en er was plaag van zilvervisjes.
