In a beautiful wooded area, on the waterfront lies this beautiful 12-person group accommodation, with a private swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool and outdoor shower, on Résidence Lichtenvoorde. During your stay, you will enjoy the beautiful nature. You can smell the fragrance of the bakery around the corner and soak up the culture while enjoying a drink on one of the atmospheric terraces. The real highlights are the combination of nostalgia and tranquillity at the holiday park. The park has enough facilities to provide you with a carefree holiday.
Layout
The living room is stylishly furnished with luxurious furniture, smart TV and an atmospheric fireplace. The dining table and seating area both offer space for the entire party. The open kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, five-burner cooker, combination microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. There are six bedrooms with two single beds each, three bathrooms with a shower, toilet and washbasin and another separate toilet on the ground floor. Around the villa there are several places to relax outdoors in the sauna, in the private swimming pool (heated to 20-21 degrees) , whirlpool or under the outdoor shower! There is space for 3 cars at the house.

- The swimming pool is closed from the Monday after the autumn holidays until the start of the May holidays (Friday). Would you still like to stay without the pool during this period? Then search for house code DG1253.
- If you have booked a cottage with hot tub, the hot tub takes about 1.5 hours to heat up. The hot tubs are electric.
- The interior / exterior of these holiday homes may vary.
- Unfortunately, it is not allowed to book this holiday home with a cat.
- Résidence Lichtenvoorde is a holiday park under development, which is why construction work is taking place. The park is doing its best to limit the inconvenience as much as possible.
- You pay a deposit of EUR 350 on site, except for the holiday homes for 10, 12 or 14 people, for which there is a EUR 1,000 deposit.

Fantastisch huis gehad met 12 personen.

Ik had bij de reservering doorgegeven dat het om mijn ouders hun 50-jarig huwelijks ging. Daar is helemaal niets over gezegd of mee gedaan, vond ik wel jammer. Bij aankomst lagen naast het bubbelbad allemaal bierblikjes in de tuin, in de vaatwasser stond nog vaat en een poot van een buitenstoel was gebroken.
