4-person chalet in Lemmer with outdoor fireplace and unobstructed views over the water
This chalet is suitable for four people and located on the grounds of Jachthaven Voordewind at Watersportcentrum De Brekken in Lemmer. From the chalet you overlook the Stroomkanaal and the Prinses Margrietkanaal, where large and small boats pass you by. Relax on your terrace with outdoor fireplace, enjoy the unobstructed view or play a game of badminton on the huge lawn around the chalet. There is a direct water connection to the beautiful Frisian Lakes via the Stroomkanaal. In the harbour, you can rent a boat or moor your own. About a 20-minute walk away, you will find the beach of Lemmer, a great place to relax in summer. Fishing, cycling, walking, mini-golf, sailing, motorboat trips or a tasty lunch in the centre; there is plenty to do in Lemmer. Do not forget the nearby Ir. D.F. Woudagemaal. This is the largest functioning steam pumping station in the world and certainly worth a visit.
Layout
The living room has a seating area with television and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen includes a 4-burner gas cooker, fridge, freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker and microwave. There are three bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (140x190). The other two bedrooms have two single beds (80x190). The bathroom has a shower and sink. There is a separate toilet. Outside, you have access to a lovely terrace with garden furniture. From here you have an unobstructed view over the water.

Location and surroundings
For a fun day out, visit one of the surrounding authentic Zuiderzee villages. In Lemmer, Blokzijl and Urk, you will find old buildings and harbours, but you can also enjoy lunch in one of the restaurants or on the cosy terraces. Fancy a day of swimming? Then visit indoor swimming pool Bosbad in Emmeloord. For a day on the water, the Venice of the North, Giethoorn, is highly recommended. Whether you go for a whisper boat, canoe or a tour by canal boat: this village is most beautiful when viewed from the water. In addition, the Kuinderbos is also fun for a day out: its beautiful nature invites for long walks, beautiful bicycle rides and tasty picnics along the way.
